Mantra Sun City is located near the beach in central Surfers Paradise and close to Wax Museum, Surfers Paradise Beach, and Sea World Resort. Additional points of interest include Chevron Renaissance and SkyPoint Observation Deck.

Mantra Sun City's restaurant serves breakfast and dinner. A poolside bar and a bar/lounge are open for drinks. Room service is available during limited hours.
